After a series of events held across Norwich, we began to recognise the most effective way of engaging householders with this worthy community campaign. A guitar, free coffee and sunshine. The Save a Tonne campaign team are running an all day event at the forum on Monday the 19th of March. Aside from the free sign up for residents of Norwich to the community campaign – which then entitles them to a free home energy audit- there will be the opportunity for young and old alike to get creative with paper and pens. The Save a tonne campaign has been driving along steadily with our objective of getting at least 600 householders signed up to receive free and impartial advice on the free grants they ay be entitled too for energy saving measures within their homes. This part of the campaign also focuses on enlightening households to the grantsd they could be entitled to for renewable technology. It’s win win all round for Norfolk.
